Vic Grimes was a champion on the California wrestling free scene before he was enlisted by WWE. When rung to fundamental list in July of 1999, he was given the absurd contrivance of Key, the street pharmacist who helped Droz snare Road Warrior Hawk on unlawful substances so Droz could take his spot in the Legion of Doom.
